Food was excellent and I stayed in the double room, it was unique. The breakfast was amazing and had lots of meals. The location was marvellous and best possible, near to antique shops, the garden, and Highgrove, in a domestic area.

Our room with 4 poster bed was well-appointed and exceptionally clean with exceptionally comfortable beds. Location: the hotel was adjacent to an enchanting Aladdin's Cave delivering ultimate chic kissed by bohemian rhapsody, and antique shops and Highgrove.

From the moment we arrived at Oak House No.1, we knew we were in for a special stay. The owners, Nicola and Gary, welcomed us with open arms and made us feel right at home. The cozy and spacious rooms were beautifully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The breakfast spread was a true treat, with flavorsome hot dishes and a selection of cereals, toasts, and fruits. But the real highlight was Nicola's high tea spread, a culinary experience not to be missed. The attention to detail and personalized service made our stay unforgettable. We also appreciated the helpful tips and recommendations for exploring the Cotswolds. A minor drawback was the initial difficulty in finding the house, but once we located it, we were delighted by its prime location near the charming town of Tetbury. we cannot recommend Oak House No.1 enough for a relaxing and memorable getaway in the Cotswolds.

This hotel is the epitome of luxury and exclusivity. The bespoke room amenities were exceptional, including Frette linen and Molton Brown toiletries. The magnificent dining table served the most exquisite continental breakfast with silver service. The private facilities were clean and indulgent. The location provided easy access to nearby attractions. The service was efficient and personalized. The garden area was beautifully decorated, perfect for relaxation. The only minor issue was the small size of the leisure/TV room.
The hotel required several flights of stairs to reach, which was not suitable for those with mobility issues.

Good breakfast, comfy bed. Conveniently located near restaurants and attractions.
The decor is overwhelming and gaudy, making it difficult to relax. The hosts are pushy and overly talkative, making it a challenge to enjoy a romantic getaway.

I went on a little birthday getaway to the Cotswold area and decided to stay at a highly recommended B&B. The location is great, as there are plenty of lovely walks and charming little towns to explore in the amazing Cotswolds. The room was beautifully decorated, with luxurious Frette linens, and the bathroom was equipped with Molton Brown toiletries. The breakfast was delicious with every taste imaginable, and the hosts were welcoming. the B&B featured beautiful antiques and a unique art collection from around the world.
The parking area was limited, which made it difficult to find a space.

The breakfast selection was excellent, and the high tea prepared by Nicola was a highlight. This accommodation was a wonderful surprise during my business trip. The rooms were filled with fascinating artwork and luxurious furnishings. The breakfasts were high quality and very filling. I particularly enjoyed the fresh milk in the fridge and the heated towel rails - nice touches. Plus, the location was ideal for exploring the charming town and its many shops and restaurants.
While everything was great, I did feel a bit disoriented when I arrived due to the confusing GPS directions. , the lack of parking on site was a bit of an inconvenience.
